With Femme Botanique, designer Bjorn van den Berg reveals another, more personal side of his creative universe.
The collection marks a moment of transition — a return to instinct and inner roots, while opening the door to a new creative direction. More intimate, more sculptural and increasingly couture-driven, Femme Botanique offers a first glimpse of an evolving world — and of what is yet to come.

Rather than looking back, Van den Berg draws from his roots to move forward. His fascination with beauty, ornamentation and transformation remains unmistakable, yet here it evolves into a new language — one that feels more instinctive, expressive and deeply personal.
Where nature becomes sculpture. Inspired by the raw beauty and intricate architecture of the botanical world, organic forms are magnified, abstracted and transformed. Flowers become precious structures. Crystals appear as fragments of colour and light. Luminous gold moves across the body, blurring the boundaries between jewelry, couture and wearable sculpture.
At its core, Femme Botanique is built on contrasts — fragility and strength, nature and artifice, delicacy and extravagance.
At the heart of Femme Botanique, a series of one-of-one couture creations transforms botanical beauty into wearable sculpture, allowing nature to grow, unfold and take shape around the body.
The Sculptural Headpiece transforms the delicacy of botanical forms into an elaborate golden structure. Floral ornaments unfold around the head and are punctuated by crystals in varying sizes and colours. Precious yet commanding, it embodies the essence of Femme Botanique: nature no longer simply observed, but reimagined and worn.
The Sculptural Corset pushes this transformation further. Sculptural floral ornaments and crystals appear to grow across the body, becoming part of its architecture. Details in 24k gold meet a liquid-gold mirror finish, creating a highly reflective surface in contrast with the intricacy of its botanical embellishment.
Neither simply garment nor jewelry, the one-of-one creation exists between couture object and sculpture — transforming the body into a living botanical form.
The Sculptural Body Necklace continues this dialogue on a different scale. Flowers, crystals and gold extend across the body rather than merely adorning it, allowing jewelry itself to become part of the silhouette.
